107th SUPREME SCRATCH  PROGRAM BOOK  ADVERTISING ORDER FORM The 107th Supreme Scratch will be held at the Nugget Casino Resort in Sparks, NV from 30 July – 1 August 2026.  We’re sure that you want to tell the whole world about your Pup Tent, your Shavetails, your Grand or maybe even your business.

Here’s a way to get WORLD-WIDE exposure with an ad in the 107th Supreme Scratch Program Book.

To begin, simply create an ad (in BLACK AND WHITE, PLEASE! NO COLOR!) and email it along to supremehqmoc@lotcs.org with your order number and we will confirm payment.

We have to have time to make this book something special, so get creative and tell the world YOUR story!

DEADLINE IS JUNE 30th 2026 and any ads received after that date will be returned.
