ALERT! ALERT!  Membership payments cannot be combined with other orders from the store!  Combined orders will have additional shipping charges will be applied.

NOTE: PT CCDB's must coordinate with Grand (if they are in one) CCDB's to pay any and all Grand dues.  Do not include any Grand dues in the payment to Supreme.
